What you'll be doing:
1. Answering help requests: You'll be that superhero at the other end of the line (or email or chat), saving the day when our clients grapple with Salesforce issues. We promise they'll love you for it.
2. Becoming a problem-solving whizz: You'll learn how to diagnose and fix issues with Salesforce applications.
3. Teaching others: Once you're a pro, you'll help users understand how to use Salesforce. It's like teaching your parents how to use their new smartphone on a bigger scale.
4. Joining the team: You'll be working hand in hand with our IT and business teams. Frum environment in a local office.
