We're looking for a newbie Salesforce Helpdesk Specialist to join our vibrant team. Don't know Salesforce yet? That's okay! If you've got the drive and the passion, we'll train you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering help requests: You'll be that superhero at the other end of the line (or email or chat), saving the day when our clients grapple with Salesforce issues. We promise they'll love you for it.

  • Becoming a problem-solving whizz: You'll learn how to diagnose and fix issues with Salesforce applications.

  • Teaching others: Once you're a pro, you'll help users understand how to use Salesforce. It's like teaching your parents how to use their new smartphone on a bigger scale.

  • Joining the team: You'll be working hand in hand with our IT and business teams. Frum environment in a local office.


So, what do you need to bring to the table?

  • A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn - you don't need to be a pro yet.

  • The patience of a kindergarten teacher - you'll be dealing with users at all levels of technical expertise.

  • Rockstar communication skills - we need you to be clear, concise, and friendly.

  • The ability to handle multiple tasks - think of it as juggling but with emails and requests.
